About Dynamic Kick
Dynamic Kick has taught Taekwondo in Northern Virginia since 2000. Our five schools offer classes for children, teens, adults, and families. People come to us at different ages and with different experience. A first visit starts with finding the right class for you.
Discipline
Taekwondo gives students specific techniques to work on. The belt system organizes that learning, while regular practice gives students time to use feedback and prepare for the next stage.
Family
Some students arrive with a parent or sibling who also wants to train. Family classes offer a shared activity, with placement based on the ages and experience of the people taking part.
Community
Alongside Taekwondo classes, our locations offer programs such as after school, summer camp, and family events. Check your school’s program list for the options available there.
Belts mark stages in a student’s training. The progression below introduces the ranks shown at Dynamic Kick; your instructor explains the curriculum, testing requirements, and preparation for your own class.
